Women of the Summit is hosting a Two Week Intensive In-Person Workshop.  Create a 12 month business forecast and strategic business plan. 

TICKET INCLUDES BOTH SESSIONS: 

 

BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM, YOU WILL HAVE: 

  • Confidence that your product and services (or gross sales numbers) are appropriately priced in the market 

  • Validation that your time allotment can support your sales goals 

  • A tangible forecast of your future revenue potential and associated expenses by month. 

  • A roadmap of a consistent monthly salary for you as an owner/operator regardless of how sales may vary by month. 

  • Knowledge of how to update the projection for both your time and your cash flow each month based on actual performance.

  • Written strategic Business Plan of what you will do with your time to bring the sales forecast to reality. 

 

This program is designed for serious business owners who are intent on earning a living from their business. This program provides a stress test of your current models to to expose what would should remain the same, and what you can change to increase your income targets. 

 

March 26, 2025: 545 – 8:45 pm: 

> CASH FLOW AUDIT: See clearly where your money is coming from, and where it is going, and what tools are you using to track and forecast your cash flow and your time flow for future planning. 

> TIME AUDIT.: Create a roadmap of the activities that are revenue generating and create systems and strategies to allow you to spend the appropriate amount of time in this space to scale your business while controlling your time. 

> CALCULATE BREAK EVEN PRICING: Deep dive audit into existing pricing and product offerings (or sales assumptions) to ensure they are in alignment with your bottom-line goals or where there is opportunity to adjust so that pricing can support both time and revenue goals.

 

April 2, 2025 5:45 – 845 pm

> YEAR END FORECAST: Accurately project all future expenses and revenue by month to create a cash flow road map by the specific months ahead. Your forecast will project all expenses including inventory, owners’ salary, tax projections and future spending goals such as investing in a new employees or expanded marketing initiatives. 

> CREATE YOUR BUSINESS STRATEGY: Learn how to forecast your most valuable asset: your time. We partner together to outline a strategy of what to do with your time and money each month to achieve the plan you forecasted. 

> FORECAST & STRATEGY UPDATES: Learn how to update your forecast and your strategy each month as revenue and expenses actualize and adjust future strategies based on new learnings.
